It was a beautiful day for the 24th annual Autumn Leaves golf tournament. The Lloydminster Interval home staff were happy to volunteer and spend their afternoon helping out in a variety of ways! Thank you to the dedicated committee members who put on the event again this year! This event benefits the Lloydminster Interval Home and the Lloydminster Sexual Assault Center.

It's our Final In Motion Monday!! What a fun filled summer it has been sharing with everyone about ideas to keep the family active! Now that school will be starting in just a few days, I challenge you to do as many activities you can! Bike riding, visiting playgrounds, dance party, swimming, you name it, maybe it's something you haven't done yet, or something you were hoping to do! Now is the time! I hope you filled your bucket list and maybe added a few more things to it along the way!! The most important thing has been making memories with your children!!
